Cost of delivery
The vouchers will be sent cash on delivery or against advance payment.
1. Cash on delivery (Germany only):
When delivered by regular mail, the amount due should be paid in cash to the deliverer. If you are absent, you will receive a notification card through the post, with which you may collect the vouchers for cash payment at the competent post office within 7 days. Dispatch by regular mail takes about 2 days.
Costs of cash on delivery:
- The postage/dispatch for vouchers is EUR 1.45 plus a fee of EUR 2.00 for cash on delivery plus a EUR 2.00 collection fee
Advance payment:
After ordering, you transfer the total amount due to our bank account at Sparkasse Uckermark.

After receipt of payment, we will send you the vouchers ordered via registered letter.
Costs of the advance payment:
The costs for postage and dispatch will be additional to the services ordered.
- The postage/dispatch for vouchers is EUR 1.45 plus EUR 1.60 for the registered letter
