Back class theory and practice
Looking after your back everyday - how does that work?
This back class is postural and behavioural training to particularly prevent damage to the spine. Over this weekend, you will learn how to prevent back problems and to take care of your back during everyday movements. Instructions on correct lifting, carrying, and sitting, as well as strengthening and balancing exercises will assist you with this.
This course involves teaching the theory behind the construction and function of the spine and practicing taking care of your back during everyday movements as well as specific relaxation and physical exercises. You develop an awareness for a healthy posture and a healthy way of living. The muscles are trained in the warm thermal water during aqua-fitness. Small, attractive pieces of equipment, including Swiss balls and therabands are presented during this course. Relaxation exercises complete the programme.

The special part of this weekend: In addition to the course itself, you can get to know the thermal saltwater pool oasis and relax in the generous sauna area!
