Indoor area of the sauna oasis
Finnish sauna
The air is hot and dry in this traditional log cabin, with a room temperature of approx. 90°C. A visit to this sauna is usually broken down into two to three sessions, letting you obtain a variety of effects with enjoyment: your immune system is strengthened and the metabolism stimulated. The Finnish sauna is a typical dry sauna with no water being poured onto the hot stones and is suitable for up to 20 people.
Farmer’s sauna
In a wooden ambience, herbs or pine cones are steamed in a special oven for this herbal steam room. Up to 15 people can relax and do something for their health in the moist, mild, and aromatic 50°C heat with around 55% relative humidity.
Steam room
There is space for up to 8 people on the heated benches in this attractively tiled low-temperature room. Humidity levels are high, ranging up to the full saturation of steam, and refresh the body and soul at 45°C.
Prießnitz bath
The Prießnitz bath brings together warming impulses of steam followed by cooling cold and combines them into the one experience (space for 10 people). After the body has been gently heated up with approx. 45 degrees of heat, tiny discs of ice rain down on the guest and provide a pleasant and revitalising refreshment.
“Kraxenöfen” sauna
The “Kraxenöfen” sauna („Kraxenöfen“ are traditional wicker back basket ovens) was originally used in the Alpine region: It was first seen in farmers’ living rooms, offering a cosy atmosphere with the warmth and aroma of alpine hay. The mild herbal steam warms the shoulders and back so that you feel a sense of well-being and the body is able to regenerate (2 places).
Massage chairs
The body’s energy channels are stimulated – resulting in a deep sense of calm and relaxation, but also revitalisation. Four massage couches are available to guests for a fee.
Hot whirlpools
There is room for up to 8 people in the two whirlpools heated at 36-37°C.
